Loved that the place was clean and staff and location were excellent.

Had a such wonderful stay at the same hotel, appreciated location and staff. The restaurant was nice for a fantastic meal here, I had excellent dishes. The fact that Serdika subway station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a quiet area, short walk to the centre, city center. We got a huge room with a nice view. A lobby restaurant for a fantastic meal was an advantage.

I got all I wanted, good value. Having breakfast with cheese, pastries, jam, milk and bread was a nice bonus. Room was fairly good and complete with a Jacuzzi. There was an affordable restaurant, a market and a Christmas market next door.

I loved unbeatable location and the attentive service of the team. Stuff where ready to help and made my stay as very relaxing as it could be. Plenty of tasty food for meals. Fairly clean and traditional hotel in Centrum district.

Ideal location, hard-working staff, hospitable and spotless hotel. We loved the surroundings that provided gardens and mountains close to the property. The beach nearby was magnificent and the view was wonderful! Regular double very specious rooms. They offered us a full English breakfast with bread, jam, milk, pastries and cheese.

Consistently courteous staff, fantastic service. Neat room and luxurious bathroom. The hotel was in the center of Sofia, and we were relatively close to One to One. Plus it was in a downtown area. It was a really great stay, you could leave a car nearby.

It is undoubtedly a SUPERIOR option when in Sofia. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Truly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant GRAND CAFÉ, no need to go somewhere else. The view from our balcony over the city was magnificent. Besides, free parking was a highlight.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The superior queen room we were given had central heating, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels...

the hotel’s near to vitosha boulevard and city garden was easy to reach. happy bar and grill is easy walk to the venue.

We greatly enjoyed grand hotel sofia so we would stay here again. Location in the center of the city.
